Shredded Tofu Soup
Striped tofu is a delicious dish that can be made with ingredients such as white jade tofu and other tofu, paired with various vegetable shreds. Today, I used the simplest Japanese tofu (an existing ingredient at home) to make a shredded tofu soup. I added scallion flowers as a decoration, which has a beautiful color, fresh juice, strong flavor, and smooth texture.Step 1 . Cut off both ends of Japanese tofu, gently pour it into a plate from the big end side, then cut off the irregular ends and make a middle cut according to the length of the mold.
Step 2 . Shredded tofu mold.
Step 3 . Boil the water in the pot and add half a spoonful of cooked cooking oil.
Step 4 . Turn the heat to the minimum, gently squeeze the Japanese tofu into the pot with a mold, shake the pot gently, or use a large spoon to gently spread out the tofu shreds at the bottom. Add an appropriate amount of salt, a little soy sauce, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Step 5 . Pour the shredded tofu soup into a container and serve.
