Step 1 . First, disinfect the containers used to make yogurt with boiling water and dry them in advance. Take out pure milk Chuanxiu children's mushroom powder for standby! (yogurt fermenting bacteria of other brands are also acceptable)

Step 2 . Pour a small bag of Chuanxiu children's mushroom powder into the dried yogurt container. (containers must be disinfected with boiling water)

Step 3 . First pour a box of pure milk to disperse the mushroom powder (the milk here can be replaced by fresh milk or milk powder, but remember not to use skimmed milk, which will not ferment)

Step 4 . Then pour all the remaining milk in and stir it with a chopstick! (at this time, if you like to eat sweet yogurt, you can add white granulated sugar. If you don't like sweet yogurt, you can ferment it and then put fruit, jam, cereal and so on.)

Step 5 . Use a spoon to scoop the evenly stirred milk into the sub cup and put it into the yogurt machine for fermentation (here I use the quarter cup of the yogurt machine for fermentation. It's OK not to divide the cup, just put the container that saves milk directly into the yogurt machine)

Step 6 . After you put it into the yogurt machine, plug in the power and ferment for about 8 hours, you can eat thick yogurt. (it's a little longer in winter, and about 6 hours in summer.)

Step 7 . After eight hours, the yogurt is ready. It's also good to drink when it's hot. The taste is very silky and delicate.

Step 8 . Fermented yogurt will not flow out even if it is placed upside down! (if the weather is hot, it tastes better after being refrigerated in the refrigerator)
