Chicken in soy sauce & pork in soy sauce
The sauce can be reused, but it's best not to use it for too long. Generally, it's good to use it 3-4 times
Step 1 . Wash the chicken, remove the head and tail, remove excess fat (eat healthily), rub the whole body with an appropriate amount of salt, marinate for 30 minutes, wash the spices (soak the tangerine peel until soft and scrape off the bag), wash the ginger and crush it, wash the garlic cloves with skin, then start cooking the sauce. Step 2 . Once the sauce is cooked, bring it to a boil over high heat. Put the chicken and meat together (including the chicken organs). First, pour the sauce over the chicken body with a spoon to let it set. Then cover it and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Open the lid and pour the sauce over medium heat for another 2 minutes (keep the sauce boiling over high heat). Turn the chicken over and continue to cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Open the lid and pour over high heat for 2 minutes. Repeat this process 3-4 times. The time is about 35-45 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken
