Tender tofu dipped in water

This is my husband's favorite tofu recipe. I got the recipe by accident. Let's share it with you. Actually, this dish is very simple and easy to cook. Those who like tofu can also dip it in for a change. This is my first time to publish a recipe. Don't laugh at me if it's not well written.

Main Ingredients

tender beancurd 500g

Auxiliary Ingredients

Cooked vegetable oil appropriate amount
monosodium glutamate appropriate amount
Pepper Noodles appropriate amount
Sesame oil appropriate amount
The soy sauce A moderate amount of
Chili oil 15g
chopped green onion 15g
mashed garlic 15g
Chicken essence 3g
Pixian watercress 40g

If you feel greasy, it will be better to add more green onion or coriander

Step 1 . A piece of tender tofu is about 500g, cut into 4 large pieces and put them into a pot. Add water and bring to a boil. Bring to a low heat and cook for about 10 minutes. The main purpose is to thoroughly heat the tofu, then remove from the pot and place it in a bowl.

Step 2 . Heat up a wok and add a little vegetable oil to 70% heat. Heat up the bean curd and stir fry until fragrant. Transfer to a bowl and add chili oil, garlic paste, soy sauce, chicken essence, sesame oil, pepper noodles, monosodium glutamate, and sprinkle with scallions.
