Fried gluten with cauliflower

Main Ingredients

day lily A moderate amount of
gluten appropriate amount

Fresh cauliflower must be fried and should not be eaten too much. You'd better blanch before frying

Step 1 . Shred lean meat and red pepper.

Step 2 . Tear the gluten into strips for use.
