Traditional dim sum with bean paste
Introducing a traditional snack to my relatives is still a common snack I used to eat when I was a child. I feel that the things that accompany my growth are always so kind! Still dim sum ~ still bean paste stuffing ~ still full of memories, I hope you like it as much as I do!
Step 1 . Prepare the required materials.

Step 2 . Take out 400g flour.

Step 3 . Beat the eggs. Add sugar, invert syrup, baking soda and salad oil into the eggs. Stir well.

Step 4 . Pour the egg mixture into the flour.

Step 5 . Mix with dough and let stand for 10 minutes.

Step 6 . Place the dough on the chopping board and knead it slightly.

Step 7 . Divided into small dosage forms with uniform size and weight of about 30g. Divide the bean paste filling into 20g balls.

Step 8 . Press the small dosage form flat, wrap it into the bean paste filling, close the mouth downward, and adjust the shape to a slightly flat spherical shape.

Step 9 . Put it in the baking tray, brush the surface with egg liquid, and I cut three cuts on the surface, which is a small shape ~ ha (three long strips are for saving the space of the baking tray ~).

Step 10 . Place in the middle of the oven, bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, and then color the surface.

Step 11 . Put it on a plate and air it slightly. You can eat it when you don't burn your mouth!
