Rabbit with konjak bean paste
Konjak tofu is made by grinding konjak tubers to get their slurry and then processing. As a new type of health food, konjak tofu can be cooked alone or with other dishes. The konjak tofu is cooked with rabbit meat, which is high in protein, low in fat and known as "beauty meat". Step 1 . Prepare the necessary raw materials.
Step 2 . Prepare star appropriate scallion slices, chop the ginger and garlic into small pieces, and finely chop Pixian Douban and pickled chili peppers.

Step 7 . Add sunflower seed oil to a wok, add white sugar, and stir fry over low heat until it is saccharified. The oil color is slightly red.
Step 8 . Add Pixian Douban and pickled chili powder.
Step 9 . Stir fry over low heat until the oil turns red and fragrant.
Step 10 . Add rabbit meat and stir fry evenly.
Step 11 . Add minced ginger and garlic, stir fry over medium heat for a moment.
Step 12 . Stir fry until the skin shrinks tightly, then add cooking wine and stir fry well.
Step 13 . Add an appropriate amount of fresh soup (or water if not available), and season with a little salt and a suitable amount of braised soy sauce.
Step 14 . Add chicken essence.
Step 15 . Add scallion slices and simmer over low heat until the rabbit meat is about 90% cooked.
Step 16 . Pick out the scallions and put in the taro tofu, stew with rabbit meat until cooked.
Step 17 . Add chopped red chili peppers and monosodium glutamate, and stir well before serving.
