Cold cabbage is a typical summer salad. It is often eaten for outdoor barbecue or picnic. There are several different ways to make cold cabbage. My favorite KFC version is from snack to large version. Every summer vacation, my mother makes a big bowl every week, which is the perfect cool snack I can find in the refrigerator.
