Fried egg with Chinese toon

 My father-in-law planted several Chinese toon trees in his yard. Its buds and leaves can be eaten from April and may to August and September every year. It has a special fragrance. Fried eggs with it are very fresh and delicious.

Step 1 . Wash the toon, chop it, and put it in a bowl.
