Minced beef with green beans

It's also a leftover dish. I made a pizza and bought a bag of green beans. I didn't use many of them. There were also a lot of onions left. There was a small piece of beef left. It was really good.

Main Ingredients

green soya beans 300 g
beef 100 g

Auxiliary Ingredients

ginger 1 small piece
Onion seed 30g

Step 1 . Chop the beef.

Step 2 . Boil green beans for 5 minutes, rinse and drain.

Step 3 . Chop ginger.

Step 4 . Put oil in the pot, add ginger powder when it is 30% hot, stir fry until fragrant, add beef powder and stir fry.

Step 5 . Add soybean paste and stir well.

Step 6 . Stir fry with diced onion.

Step 7 . Add green beans.

Step 8 . Stir well and dry the water.

Step 9 . Put a small bowl of water, salt and cooking wine.

Step 10 . Burn in medium heat until the water is dried.
