Corn frozen tofu beef Western vegetable soup

It's a clear, sweet and light soup.

Main Ingredients

Sai Yeung Choi A moderate amount of
beef A moderate amount of
Frozen bean curd 2
Corn 2

Auxiliary Ingredients

vegetable oil appropriate amount
salt A moderate amount of
Garlic oil appropriate amount

Step 1 . Wash and cut the corn, thaw the frozen tofu, and slice the beef.

Step 2 . Wash the watercress.

Step 3 . Add proper amount of water to the pot and boil it with corn.

Step 4 . Boil until the corn is cooked, then add the frozen tofu.

Step 5 . Boil again and add beef slices.

Step 6 . Boil the beef and add a spoonful of garlic oil and some salt to taste.
