Dry fried tofu
Step 1 . Cut tofu in half twice into four small pieces, drain and set aside.
Step 2 . Cut mushrooms, mushrooms and agaric into small pieces.
Step 3 . Chop the millet pepper, and cut the garlic seedling into sections. (You can also add other ingredients, such as garlic and ginger, according to your preferences. Because I added mushrooms, I didn't put so many ingredients. I'm afraid it's too tasty.)
Step 4 . Heat the wok with some oil and fry the tofu. It was supposed to be fried with starch, but I thought it was too fuel consuming, so I decided to fry it instead.
Step 5 . Pan-fry until golden brown and slightly burnt on both sides, and leave for standby.
Step 6 . Leave a proper amount of oil in the frying pan, and add millet pepper and garlic sprouts to fry until fragrant.
Step 7 . Then add cooking wine, bean paste and white sugar and stir well.
Step 8 . Stir the ingredients in Figure 2.
Step 9 . Add bean curd, soy sauce, high soup, stir-fry and boil, add salt and chicken essence.
Step 10 . Until the soup is thick, sprinkle with spicy fresh food, put it into a small pot, heat it at low heat, and eat it while cooking, which is very delicious!
