Zhugeliang thought to himself: it is inevitable that the two armies will be killed or injured in battle. How can we kill 49 more people? When he thought of this, he had a plan, that is, he ordered the cook to take rice noodles as the skin, wrap the meat of black cattle and white sheep inside, and knead 49 heads. Then, set up incense tables and sprinkle wine to sacrifice the river. Since then, there has been a saying of "steamed bread" among the people, and Zhugeliang has also been honored as the founder of the dough sculpture shop. Lang Ying of the Ming dynasty recorded in his note "seven revisions of the manuscript": "the steamed bread was originally named Mantou, and the Mantou worshiped the gods with its head. After Zhuge's expedition, Meng Huo ordered the bread and meat as its head, which was called" Mantou ". Now it is falsely called Mantou." The steamed bread created by Zhugeliang, after all, was filled with beef and mutton. The process was complex and expensive. Therefore, the later generations will omit the filling process and become the present steamed bread. Those with fillings become steamed stuffed buns. Those with many folds like flowers bloom in Nirvana are named "flower rolls"
