The oil added to this dish is homemade chili oil. It is fried with orange pointing peppers. It is often spicy (for me, a Cantonese). After a dish of braised wings comes up, I sweat at the tip of my nose. I despise myself. I can't eat spicy but I like spicy.

Step 1 . Ingredients: chicken wing tip, red pepper, potato, pepper, ginger, garlic, salt, soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, Zhenjiang balsamic vinegar, homemade chili oil
