Pumpkin pie
I remember when I was a child, my mother often made food for us. Pumpkin pie is one of them. Although it is available in many places now, I still miss my mother's taste very much. Step 2 . After steaming the pumpkin, I used a rice spoon to press it into mud (adding cling film was too slow, but I forced out the water and didn't have as much water as the previous time). After pressing it into mud, I added some white sugar inside to make it sweeter.

Step 4 . Cut one third of the dough into long strips, cut them into small pieces, press them flat with the palm of your hand to form a small circle, roll them thin with a rolling pin, add bean paste filling, seal, round, and flatten them.
Step 5 . Put it into a plate filled with bread crumbs and gently press it to prevent the bread crumbs from falling off easily. In fact, the previous steps are similar to making dumplings, which is easier to make than dumplings
Step 6 . Fry it in an oil pan and it's done. (During the frying process, it's not easy to get too hot and easy to fry) After making it, I ate several at once, which was really delicious
