Yogurt pineapple toast
Both my husband and my son like to drink yogurt, so I bought a yogurt machine to make it myself. Some of the yogurt I made the day before yesterday wanted to make a yogurt toast, but they felt common. Finally, I thought I could make a yogurt pineapple toast. This pineapple is not the fruit pineapple, but a layer of pineapple peel on the toast. Now that I have made up my mind, I can do it, I haven't uploaded an article since I joined the food world for so long. I'm really ashamed! Therefore, I have completed my first draft of the food world! After the pineapple dough is made, it can be refrigerated for 20 minutes. It will be better for shaping. When baking for 20 minutes, if the skin color is too heavy, it can be covered with aluminum foil.
Step 1 . First, mix all the dry ingredients in the main ingredient except for butter.
Step 2 . Add plain yogurt and water and start stirring. First, use slow speed until the flour is almost mixed, then use medium speed to stir into a slightly smooth dough, and add butter that has been softened at room temperature in advance.
Step 3 . Continue stirring until the dough can be pulled out into a large film, at which point basic fermentation can begin for about 80 minutes, depending on the fermentation temperature.
Step 4 . Divide the fermented dough evenly into three equal parts, roll it into a round shape, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes. Then roll it into an oval shape and roll it inside to form a long strip.
Step 5 . Braid the dough that has been kneaded into long strips and place it in a toast box for a second fermentation, reaching a height of about 9 minutes full.
Step 6 . While the dough is fermenting, let's make pineapple peels. First, prepare the ingredients in the recipe. The butter should soften at room temperature, and it's best to make the pineapple peels at room temperature for eggs. If the eggs are just taken out of the refrigerator and too cold, the butter will solidify.
Step 7 . First, mix the powdered sugar and butter thoroughly and stir well.
Step 8 . After thorough mixing, add the whole egg mixture and continue stirring until completely mixed.
Step 9 . Add low powder and powdered milk and continue to stir irregularly.
Step 10 . Stir into dough for later use.
Step 11 . Wrap the pineapple dough in plastic wrap and press it into a long strip about the size of a toast mold.
Step 12 . Finally, cover the pineapple peel on the fermented main dough and remove the plastic wrap. Brush the surface with egg yolk liquid, place it in the preheated lower layer of the oven, bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, and make sure to remove the mold immediately after it is out of the oven.
