Rice noodles in chicken soup

After a day of rain and wind, I wanted to eat and drink some hot food when it was a little cold, so I made simple and delicious rice noodles in chicken soup

Main Ingredients

drumsticks 2

Auxiliary Ingredients

ginger appropriate amount
scallion A moderate amount of
lettuce Appropriate amount
Dried mushroom appropriate amount

Step 1 . Wash the chicken legs, put them in a cold water pot, add scallions and ginger cooking wine, and bring to a boil over high heat.

Step 2 . Boil and skim off the foam. Turn the fire around.

Step 3 . Soak the mushrooms in water, wash and pinch off the roots. (Any mushroom is fine, this is a gift from my husband and friend, I forgot what mushroom it is called.)

Step 4 . Put the cleaned mushrooms into the pot

Step 5 . If the chopsticks can pierce through after 20 minutes, it means the meat is cooked.

Step 6 . Peel and shred the chicken leg

Step 7 . Add salt

Step 8 . Add some chicken essence.

Step 9 . A little pepper powder.

Step 10 . Rinse the rice noodles and put them in the pot

Step 11 . Add lettuce

Step 12 . Boil it again

Step 13 . Completed. My daughter and I each have a big bowl.

Step 14 . I haven't even eaten enough of this big bowl for my daughter.. More edible than me
