Step 2 . Rub grapefruit peel with salt repeatedly and rinse it with clean water.

Step 12 . After boiling, cook over medium low heat for about an hour, stirring constantly in the middle, and cook until sticky. Put it out and let it cool. Add honey and put it in a sealed jar for storage. It can be eaten after a week and mixed with warm water.
