Diced chicken with lotus root
Imitating the classic dish Gongbao chicken, I made a simple lotus root flavored chicken.【1】 I feel that one chicken leg is a little short. It's OK to put another one.【2】 Put the pepper before putting the lotus root dice. It should be better to fry it for a while.
Step 1 . Boneless chicken, diced, chopped onions and ginger.
Step 2 . Dice cucumber, lotus root and pepper.
Step 3 . Boil diced chicken to remove blood foam.
Step 4 . Remove the boiled diced chicken for later use.
