Crispy spring rolls
This spring roll was completed by my sister and I together. It is the first work uploaded in the year of the horse. This is the happy spring roll in the year of the horse!!!Spinach, coriander and garlic need to be watered after being pickled, so there won't be too much water during frying, and the skin of spring rolls won't be wet and damaged during wrapping!
Step 1 . Cut meat into diced meat
Step 2 . Chop spinach, coriander and green garlic. The variety of dishes can be selected according to taste
Step 3 . Dice carrots, pour them into the vegetables above, and mix well
Step 4 . Pour in proper amount of salt to marinate for a while
Step 5 . Put on gloves and squeeze the pickled vegetables to remove water
Step 6 . Fry and mince the eggs
Step 7 . Pour a little oil into the frying pan
Step 8 . Pour in minced meat and stir, add a little salt
Step 9 . When the meat is mature, pour in the vegetables and eggs that have been drained, and then pour in the sesame oil for stir-frying
Step 10 . After the filling is stir-fried, put it on a plate, pour half a bowl of water and prepare to start the bag!
