Cut the scallions into the same width as the meat slices, (pork slices should be used for instant boiled meat, and the scallions should not exceed the width of the meat slices) and roll them up
Step 2 . Wrap the meat roll with dry starch

After frying until the surface is golden, pour in the prepared sauce. After the meat roll is wrapped with the sauce, cover the pot cover and stew for 3 or 5 minutes.
