Fried lotus root slices
I'm a super foodie and beauty loving girl after 85. I like food and food photography. Thank you for your attention. I'll share my beauty secret of eating while losing weight here! I love to eat. My weight is only between 80-90 kg. I used to be a little fat girl with a height of 160 kg! So as long as you eat in the right way and at the right time, you will enjoy delicious food and enjoy thin!

Step 1 . Two lotus roots, two red peppers and several shallots. When cold salad and fried lotus root slices, you should buy the lotus root tip, which is the top section of the whole lotus root. Because the first section of lotus root is the latest one, it tastes crisp and has no residue. If it is a stewed lotus root, you can choose the lotus root in the following sections.

Step 2 . Peel the lotus root and cut it into thin slices. Stir fry it in cold water for 1 minute and remove it immediately. (if it is to be eaten in summer, it can be eaten in cold water after being taken out of boiling water. If it is to be eaten in winter, I will omit this step.)

Step 3 . Shred ginger, cut shallot into small sections, and cut red pepper into sections. (if you like the spicy taste, you can choose Xiaomi spicy. If you can't eat too spicy, you can choose the long red pepper. The taste is not very spicy.)

Step 4 . Put the lotus root slices in a small basin first, add a spoonful of salt and shake it a few times to let the salt adhere to the lotus root slices evenly, then put it on the plate, and sprinkle the shallots, ginger shreds and red peppers on the lotus root slices.

Step 5 . Pour oil into the cold pot, and stir fry the pepper with a small fire. A dozen or so peppers are enough. After 2-3 minutes of low fire, the pepper flavor will slowly burst out.

Step 6 . Take out the pepper and throw it away. Pour the hot oil on the lotus root slices.

Step 7 . Zanthoxylum oil is used as a mixed dish. It tastes numb and delicious. If you don't like pepper oil, you can also burn some vegetable oil and pour it on, or put a spoonful of sesame oil.
