Baked potato slices with pepper and salt

My son likes to eat baked potato chips at night gear. Today, he went to the vegetable market with me. Seeing potatoes, he suddenly aroused his craving. Step 1 . Wash and peel potatoes
Step 2 . Cut into thin slices (as thin as possible, about 1 mm thick), pass it in clean water, and remove the starch from the potato chips

Step 5 . Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, put the potato string into the oven (230 degrees up and down) and bake for 15 minutes
Step 6 . Take the potato string out of the oven, sprinkle pepper and salt powder, white pepper powder, cumin powder and pepper powder on both sides) and bake for 15 minutes
