Steamed chestnuts (it's time to eat chestnuts! I like them!!)
The chestnut brought home by younger martial sister. Eat it well!Boiled chestnuts are not very delicious in the place where they are cracked. They are still steamed. They are sweet and noodles! There is no steamer, just use my electric pressure cooker to put less water instead! The trick is to cut the cross and drain the water. Cutting the cross with scissors is also learned from other gourmet experts.
Step 1 . Wash chestnuts (hey, I've eaten them several times, only a little left)
Step 2 . With kitchen scissors, cut a cross horizontally and vertically on the bulging back of chestnuts
Step 3 . Put a small amount of water in the electric pressure cooker. It's really a small amount. It's OK to have 1/3 chestnut height. Or press my favorite "bean / tendon" button.
Step 4 . The steamed water is basically absorbed by chestnuts. The chestnut made in this way is dry and delicious! (in other words, should I send a picture of peeled chestnuts? Unfortunately, it's all eaten up...)
