Fried shredded pork with coriander and dried beans

This year, my mother planted some coriander, which turned out to be surprisingly good. Our family didn't like mixed coriander, so we fried it as celery. As a result, the whole family liked it very much.

Main Ingredients

• pork 100 g
• Spiced Dried tofu 150g
• coriander 200 g

Auxiliary Ingredients

• sugar 1 teaspoon
• salt 1 tsp
• Light soy sauce 2 spoons
• salad oil 100g

Fried coriander should not put too much water, but some sugar. Coriander has a bitter taste.
