Baked egg with Avocado
I always like avocado. I usually eat it directly or make salad. I saw someone eating avocado cooked in some tall recipes and wanted to try it.Be careful of spilling the egg liquid. I put chopsticks under the small end of avocado to keep balance.

Step 1 . Wash the avocado and remove the core. Add salt to the egg and beat well. Pour the egg liquid into the core and put it into the oven.

Step 2 . Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, spread butter and Italian vanilla, and bake for another 3 minutes. Don't fill the egg too full, it will overflow when baking.
