
Braised pig feet in soy sauce
Pig feet are usually stewed with soybeans, winter bamboo shoots or braised in brown sauce at my home. Today, they are cooked with bean paste. The soy sauce tastes so rich!There is no automatic cooking pot, just follow the usual practice!

Step 1 . Wash pig's feet

Step 2 . Add an appropriate amount of water into the pot, and then put pig feet and ginger slices

Step 3 . After the water boils, the pig's hooves change color and can be removed and washed again

Step 4 . Add cooking wine, scallions, ginger slices, Chinese prickly ash and dried pepper to the automatic cooking pot

Step 5 . Add soy sauce, salt and sugar

Step 6 . After adding pig's feet, add bean paste at last

Step 7 . Add proper amount of water and mix well

Step 8 . Press the "juice collection. Fermented bean curd hoof" button, and the default time is 1 hour and 40 minutes

Step 9 . When it's time, put the pig's feet out of the pot and pour the juice on the plate
