Strawberry Mousse Cake
Fruit can be changed according to your preference, not necessarily strawberries.Jam can be added or not.If you feel the color is light, you can use a few drops of food pigment.If you don't like the fruit puree, you can filter it out with a filter screen.Anyway, I like it!
Step 1 . The material for making bread germ is ready.
Step 2 . First, put three eggs into the basin.
Step 3 . Add 1/3 cup of white granulated sugar to the egg bowl, about 80ml
Step 4 . Beat the eggs until they are in any shape and won't collapse in 4-5 seconds on the egg liquid. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 5 . Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla liquid to the beaten egg liquid, about 2.5ml
Step 6 . Pour 1/2 cup of medium gluten flour (low gluten flour can also be used) into a small bowl for standby. About 120ml
Step 7 . Add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder to the flour bowl and mix with the flour. About 2.5ml
Step 8 . Boil the flour into the beaten egg three times. Mix the egg liquid and flour by stirring in the L-shaped direction, turning the basin and cutting it vertically at the same time.
Step 9 . But it's also done. Now put it in the mold. (I use a non stick mold. If it is an ordinary mold, I need to buckle the mold upside down on the oil paper, draw a circle, cut it off, and then put it back to the bottom of the mold, so that the cake will not stick when it is baked.)
Step 10 . Bake in an oven of 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-18 minutes, and then the embryo can be baked out
Step 11 . What you need to prepare to make mousse.
Step 12 . Put the bread germ aside to dry and start making mousse at the same time. Pour 2 cups of light cream into the basin. About 480ml
Step 13 . Pour 1/2 cup powdered sugar into the cream bowl. About 120ml
Step 14 . Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla liquid and prepare to beat the cream. Vanilla liquid about 5ml
Step 15 . When the cream is stiff, you can lift it up.
Step 16 . Add cream cheese to the beaten cream. About 350ml. Cream cheese should be thawed at room temperature in advance. Then stir with cream. Put it in the refrigerator after mixing.
Step 17 . Put strawberries and blackberries into a juicer to squeeze.
Step 18 . Prepare a small bowl and add 1/2 cup condensed milk. About 120ml
Step 19 . Mix the squeezed fruit juice and 4 tablespoons of jam with condensed milk. The strawberries I used were too sour. I originally intended to put only two spoons of jam, but later I put four spoons. You can consider this situation by yourself:)
Step 20 . Mix jam and condensed milk together.
Step 21 . Mix the stirred jam with the previously beaten cream cheese.
Step 22 . Pour 2 bags of gelatine powder into a small bowl, add 1/4 cup of water and mix. Put about 60ml of water in the microwave oven for 30 seconds. Let the powder fully fuse with water.
Step 23 . Mix the mixed gelatine water with the cream cheese previously mixed with jam.:) Almost finished
Step 24 . Take out the cake germ and cut it into two pieces. Put the first piece at the bottom of the mold first.
Step 25 . Pour the mixed cream cheese on the first piece of cake. Then put the second piece gently on it.
Step 26 . Then pour all the remaining mixed cream cheese into the mold. Put it in the refrigerator for 45 minutes -1 hour.
