When I have time, I always make my own steamed buns. The steamed buns are very soft with strong wheat flavor. They are very delicious.The raw embryo of steamed bread should be fermented twice and then steamed in the pot. The steaming time is adjusted according to the size of the steamed bread.
Step 1 . Add warm water into the basin, add a bag of milk, add yeast powder and stir well.

Step 7 . After secondary fermentation, steam it in the pot, boil it for another 20 minutes, turn off the fire and stew for 2 minutes. Open the lid and take it out to cool.
