Huaishan bone soup with corn
Huaishan has the effect of Supplementing Qi and moistening dryness; Corn can strengthen spleen and body resistance; Carrots: nourish the liver and brighten the eyes.
Step 1 . Prepare materials: fresh pork bones, sweet corn, Huaishan, carrots and ingredients: ginger.
