Fried and baked sardines

Main Ingredients

Sand tip fish 500g

Auxiliary Ingredients

Soya sauce few
Oyster sauce appropriate amount
Pepper A little
Steamed fish sauce 10ml
sugar few

Step 1 . Pan fry the fish on both sides until golden brown

Step 2 . Steam the sauce and pepper over high heat for ten minutes

Step 3 . Add steamed fish and soy sauce and steam for another minute. Take out of the pot.
