Brazilian cheese bun
Step 1 . Prepare all materials. Whether the cassava powder is sieved depends on your preference. Cut the cheese into pieces, peel the garlic and press it into minced garlic with a garlic press.
Step 2 . Cut the butter into small pieces, put water, milk and salt into the pot, heat it over medium high heat and stir it until it boils.
Step 3 . Pour the boiling liquid into cassava powder at one time and stir it quickly. The scraper I used at the beginning of this step, and then I just started directly. Although it was a little hot, it mixed faster and more evenly.
Step 4 . Add minced garlic and cheese while hot, and continue to mix well.
Step 5 . Preheat the oven in advance, 200 degrees. When the dough is not very hot, break the eggs.
Step 6 . Add the egg liquid into the dough in several times, and wait until the egg liquid added last time is completely absorbed before adding the next time. This step I continue to use my hands, feeling more efficient.
Step 7 . The batter after mixing should be in a flowing state as shown in the figure. Scrape the batter with a scraper and it can flow down like satin. This step is very important. The thickness of the batter directly determines the expansion degree during baking.
Step 8 . Take about a tablespoon (15ml) of batter and pour it into the mold. I added about 20ml to each small mold.
Step 9 . Put it into the preheated oven, middle layer, fire up and down, 190 degrees, bake for about 30 minutes, until the bread volume expands to 2.5 times the size, and the surface is golden. Figure 13 shows the state of baking for about 10 minutes.
Step 10 . After baking, come out of the oven immediately, and you can eat it when it is not hot.
