Toast and egg cake

Main Ingredients

egg 3
toast 2

Auxiliary Ingredients

Shallot 2
vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
tomato 1/2
Sausage 1 piece

Seasonings

seed powder of Chinese prickly ash 1/2 spoon
salt 2/4 tsp

Step 1 . Cut the toast into pieces.

Step 2 . Slice sausage.

Step 3 . Dice tomatoes.

Step 4 . Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.

Step 5 . Add vegetable oil to the pot, add sausage and tomato, stir fry until the sausage is transparent, and then remove.

Step 6 . Do not brush the pan, put it directly into the toast and smooth it.

Step 7 . Pour in the egg mixture and fry until the bottom is set.
