Simple bibimbap
Step 1 . The ingredients are scalded with water and made into bibimbap sauce (I'm not used to Korean sauce, and some can add Korean chili sauce, according to my personal preference). Add appropriate amount of oil in the pot + add garlic to stir up the flavor + water + oyster sauce + soy sauce + sugar (according to my personal taste, I like salty, more soy sauce, and more dessert sugar).
Step 2 . Turn the rice upside down, put in the hot ingredients, fry an extra poached egg (^ - ^) V myself, pour the freshly cooked sauce on it, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
