Step 1 . Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2 . Put all except glutinous rice hull and almond slices into a non stick pan. Moon cake syrup is also called conversion syrup, which can not be replaced by maltose.

Step 7 . Cut the almond stuffing that is hardened in cold storage into small pieces, and its length and width are less than that of the glutinous rice hull.
Step 8 . Each glutinous rice hull is loaded with about 7 grams of caramel almond stuffing. Don't load too much. It will overflow when baking too much.
Step 9 . The oven is heated up and down at 150 ℃.
