Sauteed celery with sausage

Sausage is wine flavored. It is used to fry celery to relieve greasiness and appetizer.

Main Ingredients

Sausage 2
Celery 1

Auxiliary Ingredients

Edible oil 1 tsp
Scallion slices 10g

Seasonings

salt 4 g
soy sauce 2 tsp

Step 1 . The ingredients are ready.

Step 2 . Wash the celery and boil it in boiling water. Add salt and a few drops of edible oil into the water.

Step 3 . Slice shallots, cut celery into strips, and slice sausage.

Step 4 . Put edible oil into the oil pan, heat the oil and stir fry the sausage.

Step 5 . Saute sausages until transparent.

Step 6 . Add scallion slices and stir fry until fragrant.

Step 7 . Add celery and stir fry

Step 8 . Add soy sauce to taste.

Step 9 . Stir fry well.

Step 10 . Add salt to taste.

Step 11 . Turn the mixture evenly and then turn off the heat.

Step 12 . Serve on a plate.
