Naked oats noodles with spicy sauce
I have eaten naked oats noodles before, but I have never cooked them myself. My daughter's classmate sent me the best fresh naked oats noodles in their area, and I tried to make them. Step 1 . 300g naked oats flour, add boiling water (a few times) and form a dough with appropriate softness and hardness (it can be kneaded into small balls without sticking hands).
