Oyster and Vermicelli Casserole

Main Ingredients

Auxiliary Ingredients

Onion appropriate amount
Minced garlic appropriate amount
Shredded ginger appropriate amount

chopped green onion appropriate amount

Seasonings

Chicken essence few
sugar 1 tsp
starch 1 tsp
Garlic chilli sauce 1 tabletsp
Oyster sauce appropriate amount
soy sauce fit
salt appropriate amount
oil appropriate amount

Step 1 . I bought a bag of oysters.

Step 2 . Pour it out and gently wash it with flour, then rinse it several times until it is clean.

Step 3 . Side dishes are: (Figure 1) Flammulina velutipes, shallots; (Figure 2) Soak Longkou vermicelli for ten minutes first; (Picture 3) Ginger, onion and garlic.

Step 4 . Stir fry ginger, onion and garlic in hot oil in casserole.

Step 5 . Add Flammulina velutipes, vermicelli and oysters in order.

Step 6 . Mix a sauce with salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, starch and garlic chili sauce.

Step 7 . Pour the sauce over the oyster.

Step 8 . Pour in completely.

Step 9 . Cover and simmer for five minutes.

Step 10 . Time is up, open the cover.

Step 11 . Sprinkle chicken essence and chopped green onion, leave the fire.
