Step 1 . Step 6 . [Boiling dumplings] Boil the dumplings with water, and gently push them away with a shovel to avoid scratching the bottom. Cover the dumplings with a small fire. After boiling the water, add half a bowl of cold water, and cover the dumplings with a lid. Boil them again.
