Mung Bean Paste Moon Cake
Mung bean paste moon cake is made by soaking and boiling peeled mung beans (adding a proper amount of sugar according to your taste), twisting, sifting, filtering, and then repeatedly turning into a frying pan until water is removed. It can not only be used for making all kinds of cakes and bread, but also can be made into flour food (non pigment) such as bean paste bag and bean paste cake.Step 1 . Rinse the peeled mung beans and soak them in water for 2 hours. Put some water in a pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes.
