Sour Soup Corn Syrup
I tasted this at a farmhouse and it was quite appetizing to drink in the summer. I love drinking, arrange.Do not use a cooking machine with heating function. Be sure to filter it for a delicate taste.
Step 1 . Peel off 2 fresh corn Corn kernel.
Step 2 . A small bowl of Corn kernel peeled off.
Step 3 . Crush with a beater and filter to make it more delicate. The first night, the pulp was beaten out and covered with natural fermentation. The next morning, it was slightly sour.
Step 4 . Put about 200g of Kiyomizu ware in the pot and boil it. Mix the fermented corn syrup and slowly pour it in. Slowly stir it until the paste is slightly transparent. Add 2g of salt to improve the taste. If you like the original taste, you can leave no sugar. My old man likes sweet. I added about 2 spoons of sugar.
Step 5 . If you like thick, you can cook more. If you like liquid, you can add some boiling water and stir until there are no particles. The finished product looks very good, and the family finished it all in one meal. It is easy to digest, appetizing, and easy to make.
