Egg yolk swimming crab
There are still some egg yolks left at home. My son went to school today and made some good ones for him to eat.
Step 1 . Wash the swimming crab and remove its gills, then cut it in half.
Step 2 . Stick cornstarch on the cut surface.
Step 3 . Pour a little more oil into the pot, add the hairy crabs wrapped in cornstarch, fry until golden brown, and then remove.
Step 4 . Leave a little oil in the pan, add salted egg yolk sauce and stir fry until it bubbles. Pour in the fried horseshoe crab, stir fry evenly and remove from the pan (I forgot to take this step).
