Spinach salad
This recipe is the spinach I picked last time. The recipe hasn't been sent yet. The old man picked spinach again today, and there are also oil wheat vegetables, vegetable hearts in the fridge, and a few cabbage plants in the kitchen... Planting too many is also troublesome 😓Adding some oil to the water used to heat spinach is a better way to maintain its lush green color.
Step 1 . Wash the spinach thoroughly and pick it into appropriate pieces.
Step 2 . Prepare some garlic and chili. If you don't eat spicy food, you can skip chili peppers.
Step 3 . Boil some water in the pot.
Step 4 . After the water boils, add some oil and then heat the spinach in.
Step 5 . Just blanch the spinach until it's raw.
Step 6 . Take out the blanched spinach and put it on a plate.
Step 7 . Start another pot and add oil to the hot pot.
Step 8 . Add garlic and chili and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 9 . Turn off the heat, add white sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, and salt and mix well.
Step 10 . Drizzle the juice onto the spinach. Before pouring the juice, remember to pour out the water from the spinach, as boiling it will release water and pouring out the water will not dilute the flavor.
