Self created version of bowl chicken

Main Ingredients

Duck kidney 2 of them
Chicken wing tip appropriate amount
Lotus root slices appropriate amount
fungus A moderate amount
Flammulina velutipes A moderate amount

Auxiliary Ingredients

Pepper A moderate amount
Salted and Sour Plum 5 of them
lemon 1
Garlic paste appropriate amount
tender ginger appropriate amount

Seasonings

Raw smoke appropriate amount
White sugar 3 spoons
mature vinegar 5 spoons

Step 1 . Prepare the ingredients.

Step 2 . Cut it for later use.

Step 3 . Mix all the ingredients together, add an appropriate amount of salt, sugar, vinegar, pepper water, soy sauce, and ice cubes, and mix well.
