Mei Cai Braised Pork Bun

I made a lot of pork belly with pickled vegetables, so I used it to make steamed buns. It's super delicious 😊~

Step 3 . Mix 500g of snowflake powder, 5g of yeast powder, 10g of sugar, with an appropriate amount of water (warm water can be used in winter) to form a dough with moderate softness and hardness. Cover it with plastic wrap, let it ferment to twice its size, and knead it into a smooth dough.

Step 4 . Roll the dough into long strips and divide them into small equal parts, knead them into balls, and then roll them into buns.

Step 6 . Put it in the steamer and let it sit for 10-15 minutes (depending on room temperature). After boiling the water, steam it for about 20 minutes (depending on your own firepower)

Step 7 . When the time is up, let it simmer for about 5 minutes before coming out of the pot (because two types of buns were steamed at the same time, plum vegetables were used as a decoration to distinguish them, not to expose the filling hahaha) 😄)

Step 8 . Meicai braised pork buns are so delicious to eat while they're hot 😊
