Braised Tofu
My signature dish. Have you eaten it.Step 1 . Beat two eggs, add a small spoon of starch, stir well, sift, put the cut tofu into the egg liquid, and wrap the egg liquid evenly.
Step 2 . Put the tofu wrapped in egg liquid into a pan and fry until both sides are golden.
Step 3 . Put the fried tofu on a plate and set aside.
Step 4 . Prepare the minced pork.
Step 5 . Cut the red pepper into small pieces, or add a green pepper to cut into small pieces. Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic respectively, mix well, and add the Douchi sauce. (I didn't add it because my family didn't like it.)
Step 6 . Heat the oil, add minced pork and stir fry until discolored. Sprinkle with cooking wine, then add green pepper, green onion, ginger and garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 7 . Pour soy sauce. My family like soy sauce with heavy color, so I use old soy sauce and add more; After the soy sauce is added, add a small spoonful of spicy fresh, a small spoonful of sugar, a little salt and chicken essence.
Step 8 . Pour in tofu and simmer until the soup is thick. Remove from the pot and place on a plate. Sprinkle some scallion.
