Crispy apple pie
The temperature and time can be adjusted according to your own oven.
Step 1 . After softening the butter, beat it, add powdered sugar and stir well, then add the egg mixture and mix well.
Step 2 . Sift in low flour, almond flour, salt and mix well
Step 3 . Roll the dough into a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 4 . Peel and core apples into small pieces.

Step 8 . Take out the pie dough from the refrigerator, cut it into 2/3 pieces, put it in a plastic bag, and roll it into thin slices slightly larger than the pie tray, about 0.5cm thick.
Step 9 . Brush the pie pan with oil, cover the pie skin on the pie pan and press it flat. Roll it out with a rolling pin, cut off the excess pie skin, and use a fork to poke the hole to prevent bulging during baking.
Step 10 . Fill with filling and smooth.
Step 11 . Roll the remaining dough into thin sheets, cut into strips, cover it on a pie tray as shown in the picture, brush with egg mixture, and let it stand for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and bake the middle and lower layers over low heat for 20-25 minutes.
