Step 4 . Place the pot on high heat and add oil until 40% hot. Add fish slices and stir fry until cooked.
Step 5 . Remove and drain the oil, then place it in a bowl.
Step 6 . Drizzle with seasoning sauce, then sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds and chopped scallions to serve.
