Fried Sanzi
This Sanzi was taught by my friend "faint flower fragrance" on QQ. I thought I would screw it up, but when I took it to my colleagues and family, they all said, "it's delicious!" It's a sense of accomplishment. It's the first time!
Step 1 . Add water to all ingredients (flour, sugar, sesame, alkali) and knead into a dry dough.
Step 2 . Roll the dough into a thin layer with a rolling pin.
Step 3 . Cut the dough into equal strips with a knife, and then cut the strips into small pieces slightly larger than the chaotic skin. Then, the two pieces are overlapped. Use a knife to cut in the middle, and then cut on both sides. Pay attention not to cut the two ends. Pick up the dough and put one end through the middle to make a mold.
Step 4 . Fry in oil pan until yellowish, then serve.
