Braised beef with carrot and potato
Step 1 . Ingredients: beef, potatoes, carrots, onions, seasoning sauce. It would be even better to use beef brisket. I didn't buy beef brisket that day, so I had to use beef instead.
Step 2 . Cut the beef into pieces, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, thirteen spices, and a few drops of rice vinegar to mix and marinate the beef. In the gap between marinated beef, peel and cut the potatoes, onions, and carrots.

Step 6 . Bring to a boil over high heat, cover and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Add 3 spoonfuls of sauce and cover, then simmer over low heat. The amount of sauce depends on the intensity of the individual's preference.
Step 7 . After adding the sauce, occasionally flip it to prevent sticking to the pot. Turn off the heat before seeing the sauce almost dry.
Step 8 . If you prefer more sauce, add a little more water when adding water. The softness of the potatoes and the sweetness of the carrots and onions absorbed by the beef cubes are simply irresistible.
